David H. Carmichael is an attorney practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has carried the designation of AV PREEMINENT LAWYER (the highest rating attainable from the firm of Martindale Hubble) for over thirty years. Carmichael was also elected as a National Vice President of the American Law Student Association and as such he was afforded the honor of serving on the American Bar Association committee which was tasked with the duty of accrediting law schools in various states of the USA.
